Simple Ways to Increase Hemoglobin

Many people today experience constant fatigue, procrastination, lack of enthusiasm, and disinterest in daily activities. Even eating seems like a chore. They feel tired all the time, want to sleep, but struggle with insomnia. The lack of proper sleep leads to body aches and persistent fatigue. This lethargy makes it hard to get up and work.

When visiting a doctor for such symptoms, the doctor may suggest several tests. After completing them, they often diagnose low hemoglobin levels in the blood. They may prescribe expensive medications or supplements to be taken for six months, yet the improvement may be marginal, and the problem may persist.

Low hemoglobin levels mean that red blood cells cannot efficiently circulate oxygen throughout the body, causing fatigue. When the body lacks the required red blood cells, it struggles to function properly, much like two people trying to do the work of ten. This inefficiency leads to delays and disruptions in bodily functions.

Importance of Hemoglobin

The body extracts nutrients from the food we eat. It absorbs only the required nutrients and eliminates the excess as waste. For men, hemoglobin levels should be between 14-18 grams, and for women, 12-16 grams. If it falls below 8 grams, it can lead to anemia and other severe illnesses. Testing at a laboratory will reveal your hemoglobin levels.

When hemoglobin levels are low, symptoms like weight loss, fatigue, and weakness begin to appear. When hemoglobin levels are adequate, blood becomes a healthy red color, and the oxygen in the air we breathe is efficiently transported throughout the body. This oxygenated blood circulates and removes waste products like carbon dioxide. It also absorbs nutrients from food and delivers them to various glands in the body to ensure proper functioning.

Simple Home Remedy to Increase Hemoglobin

A simple method to boost hemoglobin levels involves black raisins. Here's how to do it:

  1. Purchase good-quality black dried raisins from a local herbal store.
  2. Take 72 raisins and soak them in a glass of water at 6 PM. Let them soak overnight.
  3. The next morning, brush your teeth and eat one raisin at 6 AM, followed by a little of the water in which they were soaked.
  4. At noon, eat another raisin and drink some of the water.
  5. At 6 PM, eat the final raisin and drink the remaining water.

Follow this pattern for nine days as shown below:

  • Day 1: Eat 1 raisin each at 6 AM, 12 PM, and 6 PM (total = 3 raisins).
  • Day 2: Eat 2 raisins at each time (total = 6 raisins).
  • Day 3: Eat 3 raisins at each time (total = 9 raisins).
  • Day 4-6: Eat 4 raisins at each time (total = 12 raisins per day).
  • Day 7: Eat 3 raisins at each time (total = 9 raisins).
  • Day 8: Eat 2 raisins at each time (total = 6 raisins).
  • Day 9: Eat 1 raisin at each time (total = 3 raisins).

After completing this nine-day regimen, get your hemoglobin levels tested. If needed, repeat the process. This natural method can significantly increase hemoglobin levels, protecting the body from various illnesses.
